About Me

LET'S CONNECT

I am always available to chat about your mortgage options. I would love to hear from you today!

Hi, I’m Mary, an Independent Mortgage Broker, with a unique style of doing business with you.
Like most mortgage brokers, I’m detail-oriented, fiscally prudent and budget conscious, but my dedication to my customers is what sets me apart.
The personal satisfaction I get from helping my clients achieve their dream of home ownership is what gets me out of bed in the morning and keeps me going all day long.
I take the scary out of mortgages by answering your questions (in terms you can understand) and taking your phone calls (so you can get answers you need when you need them).
You can count on me from the beginning of the mortgage process right through to the end and beyond, because with me it’s more about making sure that you are comfortable with your decision than being just another client. I offer personal service that you can trust.

Who are my clients?

My clients are residential borrowers from all walks of life who are looking for a mortgage, line of credit, renewing or refinancing their mortgage, a debt consolidation loan, a second mortgage and even reverse mortgage options.
There is a common misconception that Mortgage Brokers are only for people with damaged credit or are self-employed. That is simply not true. While I do have the ability to deal with seemingly compromised borrowers I’m able to work with anyone at any budget level.
I love to assist all my clients in achieving their home ownership dreams, I offer comprehensive service to first time homebuyers.
“Mary was encouraging, friendly, patient and found us a lender that extended us credit and would help repair my credit score. From now on Mary gets our business, I trust her with my finances. Thanks Mary!”

My Background

I spent 17 years working as in retail as a budget and planning manager, product manager and category manager where I negotiated with some of the largest companies in the world. Now I use those same negotiation skills to get my clients into a home.
After a layoff in 2009, my household income went from good to zero. I used my common sense approach to budgeting to stretch dimes into dollars and keep myself out of financial trouble until I was employed again.
I decided to become a mortgage broker when, as a homeowner, property investor, renovator, and landlord I discovered too late financial products that could have helped me along the way. Now I use that hard-earned knowledge to assist my clients with their own dreams.
If you’re ready to start the journey to home ownership with personal service you can trust, reach out today or apply online.
